Where do you ship?
Free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, APO/FPO and PO boxes are not supported.
When will my order be handled?
The cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round. Orders at or after that time, on weekends or US federal holidays begin processing from the next business day.
What comes with my jar?
One glazed stoneware jar and its removable ceramic lid. Jam, spoons and styling props are not included. The lid is not airtight.
How should I care for it?
Hand wash with mild soap. Refer to the product-specific care instructions. Avoid impacts, abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes. Do not use for canning or long-term sealed storage. Microwave, oven and dishwasher suitability is not specified.
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 30 days of receipt for authorization. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return an authorized item within 14 days. No restocking fee applies.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns arising from our error, damage or defects. You pay for change-of-mind returns. Authorized returns go to our company address in France.
When are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval.
How do payments and order acceptance work?
Where a payment method is available, you authorize the displayed total when submitting payment. An order is accepted by an express acceptance notification; submission alone is not acceptance.
